Halloween fell on a Sunday this year, so we decided not to trick or treat but we did go to Grandma and Grandpa's ward trunk or treat the Saturday before Halloween. I love that my kids chose to be characters from their favorite books this year!
Brett as Harry Potter (with his light up wand that was a light saber last year! LOL)
Jace as Poseidon from Percy Jackson (doubled as his book report costume)
We played games there like ring the ghost, did a cupcake walk among other things.
And finally we did Trunk or Treating which is where the kids go trick or treating in the parking lot.
And my mom and dad (aka Grandma and Grandpa). They are the BEST!
